The 303

303 is a micro housing apartment complex located in the Reno District of Denver. The complex features 8 two level apartments, a greenhouse atrium, a gym and a laundry room. The shape is a series of triangular panels that make up geode/rock like structures. The complex takes inspiration from modern industrial architecture like found in the LoHi area of Denver. The complex fosters community based through nature with a heavy emphasis for its residents to use the common area. each of the units connects through a stairwell at it’s northwest quadrant which allows access to the basement where you can enter out to the central Corredor to lounge and relax.

 

Before exiting residents can access the gym and the front desk area. greenhouses are a great way for Colorado residence to get the outdoor experience even during the cold winter months. They also Foster longer growing seasons, pest and weather protection, and diversity for crops. Inside the atrium you’ll find A budding spice garden, a mix perennial wildflowers, aspens, Rocky mountain maples, and narrow leaf cottonwoods. The atrium also jets out onto a walkway across the river side, with southeast views of downtown Denver.
