An Under the Desk Hand Fidget that Minimizes Distraction and Noise
The Twitch is an interchangeable hand fidget for children and adults that easily attaches to the underside of a work surface. After site visits at two local Boulder Elementary schools, hand fidgeting was identified as a common issue in the classroom. Children constantly had issues with touching the other classmates, biting their pencils, putting their hands in their mouth, and finding many ways to make noise. Thus, the Twitch addresses the issue of hand fidgeting keeping in mind that the product needs to be quiet, not a distraction, and interchangeable.

The base piece and 5 different fidget attachments (to accommodate for different types of fidgeting) were made through Rhino, and several diagrams and sketches were made through Illustrator.
